She lives in Florida, close enough to the magic of the Disney parks and Universal Orlando Resort. In addition to visiting the parks on a regular basis, her family loves setting sail on the Disney Cruise Line. Having sailed on six Disney cruises in recent years, she is definitely a great resource when it comes to cruising.
Amy is a military spouse and has one daughter who has grown up going to Disney. Her husband has served in the United States Navy for nearly 18 years.

Favorite Disney Memory When my daughter was three we took her to Walt Disney World for the very first time. Cinderella was her favorite princess at the time, so eating at Cinderella’s Royal Table was must! I’ll never forget the look on her face when she walked into the castle in her Cinderella dress and was greeted by Cinderella herself. At dinner, getting to meet all the other princesses was the icing on the cake, truly a dream come true for our princess!
Must Do Eating at Beaches & Cream at Disney’s Beach Club Resort is a must for my family. The restaurant has this 1950’s diner feel and has the best burgers, french fries and ice-cream on property. If you are up for a challenge, order “The Kitchen Sink”!
Favorite Time to Travel to Disney My favorite time to visit Walt Disney World is early May. The weather is beautiful, the landscapes are blooming, and you can spend time enjoying your family by the pool. Crowd levels are also typically lower at this time of year which makes it possible to fit in a lot of things while visiting the parks.
Favorite Quick Service My favorite quick service is Satuli Canteen at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. It is located in the World of Pandora. I love the rustic theme in this restaurant. This is a great place to go if you are looking for something a little different from the traditional burger and fries. Try the Chicken Bowl, it is my favorite item on the menu. This restaurant is popular, I recommend taking advantage of mobile ordering.
Favorite Character Dining My favorite character meal is Cinderella’s Royal Table. There is something truly magical about eating inside of Cinderella’s castle. This dining experience is unique because you get to meet several of your favorite princesses. Snow White, Cinderella, Ariel, Jasmine, Aurora, and Cinderella are usually there. Enjoy a phenomenal three course meal amongst royalty!
Favorite Spot to Capture that Magical Photo Taking a picture in front of Cinderella’s castle is a MUST! My family takes a picture in front of the castle each trip we take, and have them proudly displayed on our “Disney Wall” at home.
